Announcement of a Pilot Partnership Program – RBL Staking

Rubi Network & PiBase

As the Rubi Network ecosystem continues to grow, the Rubi Team is constantly exploring partnership opportunities that can create additional real-world utility for the RBL digital asset while expanding service options available to miners and community members worldwide.

Following a series of discussions and evaluations, Rubi Network and PiBase have agreed to launch a pilot partnership program to provide RBL Staking services through the PiBase.

This initiative represents an anticipated first step in a collaborative effort to expand the ecosystem while evaluating the effectiveness of the model through real-world operations and practical experience.

About PiBase

PiBase is a Vietnam-based technology development team with several years of experience building products and services related to digital assets and decentralized finance (DeFi).

As part of its ongoing expansion and search for new collaboration opportunities, PiBase has spent considerable time observing the development of Rubi Network. Recognizing the platform’s long-term potential, the PiBase team proposed bringing its services to the Rubi community.

PiBase aims to develop financial services that are operated responsibly, enhance the utility surrounding RBL, and provide additional practical options for the Rubimily community.

Rubi Network also highly appreciates PiBase’s collaborative mindset, organizational capabilities, and commitment to product development. We believe that independent development teams choosing to build alongside Rubi Network is a positive sign of the ecosystem’s continued growth and maturity.

RBL Staking Program – Proposed Yield Structure

Under the current plan, PiBase intends to launch the following products:

Flexible Earn

• Estimated APY: approximately 3% per year
• Users may deposit and withdraw at any time
• Rewards are calculated daily
• Real-time display of earnings history and asset status

Fixed Staking

Proposed staking terms:

• 3 Months: 4.5% APY
• 6 Months: 5.0% APY
• 9 Months: 5.5% APY
• 12 Months: 6.0% APY

Note: These parameters may be adjusted by PiBase based on actual operating conditions.

Rubi Network: Role & Participation

During discussions regarding the RBL Staking model, Rubi Network and PiBase evaluated various operational scenarios, including situations where market conditions or business performance may not develop as expected.

With a focus on prudence and community protection, both parties agreed to establish an operational reserve fund of 100,000 RBL from the outset of the program.

The purpose of this reserve fund is to provide an additional layer of financial protection while the model is being validated through real-world operation. As part of this pilot collaboration, Rubi Foundation will contribute 50,000 RBL to the reserve fund for a period of up to 12 months.

According to the agreement between the parties, the reserve fund will be maintained separately, subject to oversight, and may only be used for predefined purposes related to supporting the stable operation of the staking program.

The reserve fund is not intended to replace the economic performance of the business model itself. Rather, it serves as a risk management measure during the early stage of operation before sufficient performance history has been established.

Rubi Foundation’s participation in the reserve fund reflects its commitment to supporting both ecosystem partners and the community, while encouraging responsible, transparent, and carefully managed initiatives that expand the utility of RBL.

Rubi Network’s Perspective on Responsible Ecosystem Collaboration

Rubi Network actively encourages initiatives that expand utility and create meaningful real-world value for the community.

However, we would also like to emphasize that the Rubi Team serves as a technology infrastructure developer and remains focused on the core components of Rubi Network, including the Blockchain Protocol, identity verification systems, and KYC services.

For financial services (DeFi) developed and operated by independent ecosystem partners, including the staking program provided by PiBase, users are responsible for conducting their own research, evaluation, and financial decision-making.

• PiBase is an independent entity responsible for operating the product and delivering the service.
